Production time and delivery
Production time varies per product. Some of our products are made-to-order, so the orders take 6-8 weeks to create. Please read it in each product description.
Delivery time differs depending on destination country. But usually is within 3 days till 2 weeks.
- Latvia 2-5 days
- US, Canada 5-14 days
- European Union and UK 2-10 days
- Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong 5-14 days
- To other countries 5-14 days
For local shipping we use DPD. For worldwide shipping we use DPD, FEDEX/TNT or UPS. All items have insurance in case something is damaged or missing. All items have valid tracking number that is traceable in any moment.
We are not responsible for any customs, fees, taxes or duties due to the delivery to the respective countries. There are no custom taxes to US and within European Union.
Order tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
